DO NOT buy from this company. The reviews and pictures on their website is stolen reviews. I purchased a wig from them. The kinky wig was NOT 30 inches. The representative Sunny sent me an email admitting that they only have 22 inches, and not 30 inches though that’s what I was charged for. She offered to refund me $10. As if! Further, the hair came in different lengths from 16 inches to 22 inches. She claimed OT was to blame the hair look natural when it does not. They are frauds and scammers. The pictures of the hair on their websites are also from black owned wig making salons.
Placed order on May 3rd. Even though they advertise 2 to 5 day shipping nothing has been shipped yet. After speaking to customer service multiple times they kept giving me random days they would ship my two wigs. First it was they send it Thursday after that came and went they said they needed to the following mon or Tues which ould of been 05/15/22 still after waiting still not mailed. I asked to cancel and they said oh we can get it out tomorrow still nothing. I canceled my order cause of this. Will never do business with this company again.
This is the worst lace wig I have ever seen you can see where they sewed the wig together if you part it. I was in shock. I payed $220.00 after discount and the wig is thin as heck it's like you have a big beige track in your hair. you can't hide it unless you put a hat on your head. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Beautiful wig. Just wish I had received it. Simply, did not receive as expected. Delayed in transit. Korea??? Totally unexpected! Now, have to wait to receive it before I can "request" a Cancellation? Only want a refund??
Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought 18 inch and received a wig that is 14 inches. Doesn’t look like the pictures. Texture is not what was pictured. $200 down the drain. Never trusting tiktok or Instagram wig ads again.
I don't get the 5 star reviews. Worse wig I have ever bought, hair quality is a disaster, lace is ugly and thick, customer service is a joke, and returns are a headache and expensive. Never again. I do not recommend unless you want to throw your money by the window.
Great wig, packaging and excellent customer service. The only thing I have to point out is when I got my package it did smelled like fish and after washing my wig the scent did go away. Wig quality is great overall just disappointed I had a scent.
Provide false advertisement about the type of lace you will receive ..Will show you one thing on their page but provide you with another lace that is like a closure with edges.. probably won't shop with them again .. they'll read your messages on whatsapp & not respond until you blow them up.
Another company taking advantage of consumers by posting pics of other people's work or product, lying about the quality of lace and hair, then shipping out trash. Their lace is basic light brown stiff lace, NOT HD. The hair in the closure was 10inches max on an 18 inch wig. There were pieces randomly longer than others. I was furious because I didn't notice the hair quality until after washing so I emailed photos to the company and was offered a $10 refund. On a $160 wig. Never again, you've been warned!
