Regarding your concerns about hair softness and tangling, we would also like to explain that human hair wigs differ from hair that naturally grows on the scalp. Once the hair is no longer connected to the scalp, it no longer receives natural oils. Combined with friction during production and shipping, as well as daily care practices, this may cause the hair to become somewhat dry. To help keep your wig soft and manageable, we recommend the following care tips: Gentle Detangling: Start at the ends and gradually work your way up to avoid pulling or damaging the hair.
