Another scamming site too good to be true I believe the reviews on the actual site are bought cause ain’t no way. I bought a brown wig on there because I didn’t feel like buying hair in person to bleach it moving forward.. the hair looked nice I paid 260$ for the wig thinking it will be good the shipping did took almost a month to come in I was already annoyed how long it was taking while it finally came in it looked weird I just thought hmm it must be me so I went to install it I gave it a week to wear it. It was already looking horrible it’s not human hair at all it’s like it’s a blend or synthetic but I ordered human hair.. I compared to my other wigs I have that are actually human hair it is completely different it is not human hair! Another thing how I know it’s synthetic hair it is very itchy compared to human hair it’s less itchy. This hair is soo itchy I had sleepless nights where I can’t sleep! Ridiculous I had to take the wig off it was too itchy it’s not 100% human hair the quality was bad I’m am disappointed I will not buy again next time I rather buy hair in person to see what I’m actually getting. I feel scammed I hate buying hair online because of these scammers!

Love love Amanda Hair. I have tried other websites but none compare. I always come back and have learned to stick with Amanda. Hair is soft, thick, true to length and super easy to wash and style. Customer service is great also. Reach out to you within 24 hours (on weekends also) even with time difference. My only gripe with Amanda is the shipping time. A bit on the slow end but other then that would highly recommend.

The hair that I received was not as displayed. It came with a rougher texture, I was expecting for it to be soft like the picture. The hair is also not 300% density, It feels closer to 180% density. I have ordered hair from this company before and previously did not have this problem so I an greatly disappointed.

2nd order never gets delivered
I ordered twice, first wig is perfect 300% density just like the picture made me want to reorder, I shouldn’t have! It never arrived, the shipping number they provided points to an error! Customer service stopped responding, TG I ordered with Klarna I blocked the payment. I feel like I have been scammed. It’s a shame because that first wig is truly beautiful.

I made a mistake on my order by choosing a 7*5 closure instead of a 13*6 lace, when I had already validated it. I contacted customer service & what a great experience I had with Emily who took such good care of everything. In addition to the quality of the Amanda wig, I am doubly satisfied !

This company hands down have the best wigs . I have ordered a few wigs and the quality with the density is there . Length and color are exactly what you order . I had so many trials and error from other companies but this one never disappoints. My favorite style from them is body wave wigs in black .
Hair is beautiful and thick
The lace is thin hair sheds a bit but that’s normal for curly hair, it’s very thick I got 250% density in 30 inches and I promise you won’t go wrong with this wig I love it so far, I got nice gifts with my package too got a melt band 3 piece set lashes , wig cap and a greeting card with information on cash back, I do suggest washing the wig before apply to your head to get rid of any factory chemicals the hair will feel a lot softer and lighter on your head. 10/10 love this hair.

If i could give negative stars i would. This company is fraudulent and a scam. They will not send the item you order. Will lie and say they did. Go back and forth with you through emails asking and trying to get you to keep the horrible low quality item for $15.00. Even asked me to delete my review. I returned the item via ups after they agreed to refund me. Its been over a week since the item was delivered back to them still no refund and emails are absolutely ridiculous at this point. Thank God for credit card dispute and fraudulent charges. Do not buy from this company. Warning ⚠️ they will scam you.

Very disappointing experience My experience with Amanda Hair has been very negative. I placed an order on September 10th, believing there would be enough time to receive the wig before my trip. However, as the order still hadn't shipped, I contacted the company to understand the situation. After several exchanges, I realized that the production and shipping timeframe might go beyond the date I needed the order. For this reason, I decided to cancel the purchase and requested a refund. The most frustrating part is that my cancellation request is constantly being ignored. Instead of directly addressing my request, they keep sending replies about production and shipping times, even after I’ve explained multiple times that I no longer want the order and simply want the cancellation and refund. I have always been polite in my communications and tried to resolve the situation directly with the company, but I feel they aren't listening to what I'm asking for. Right now, my experience with their customer service is extremely disappointing. I was genuinely interested in the product, but the way this situation is being handled has left me with absolutely no confidence in the company. I hope Amanda Hair reviews this situation and finally respects my request for cancellation and a refund.
