I absolutely love my custom wig! It came out even better than I expected. The hair is super soft, looks really natural, and fits perfectly. You can tell a lot of care went into making it.
The customer service was amazing from start to finish. They were so kind, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with everything.
I'm so glad I chose them and would definitely order another custom wig in the future. If you're thinking about getting one, I highly recommend them!

Not a good experience
Not a good experience! The wig was not as advertised. The curls were not defined. The hair from the wig was shedding and curls do not hold. The box was also terribly damaged when I received the package.....smh... horrible experience and not worth the money!

All my products purchased and given as complimentary are outstanding.
I have ordered 2 units so far and I must say I am impressed with the quality! Both units were exactly as pictured. The hair is soft and easy to style and maintain.
Thank you to Ashmary for my luscious wig, even though am yet to install it, but seeing the packaging and the gifts inside plus the hair is just beautiful. I remember I had to do an exchange in my first order and when I sent a message to the customer care they were so patient and worked with my until I was able to receive my new wig. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service and the quality of the products.

It started off a little shaky due to someone stealing my package due to FedEx not following delivery instructions!! A little back and forth with customer service on receiving a replacement!!
