From shopping the OQ Hair app to making a purchase to getting my order is always 👌🏾👌🏾👍🏾 good money. I love the way customer service responds quickly to me whether its me complimenting the service/quality of the hair or if I have any issues they are right there throughout it all making sure they leave a satisfied customer. This hair I just got I love it’s a bit more to manage than the others but it doesn’t make me love her any less.

Since then, they have not let me down. 🙌🏾💕 I recently purchased the OQ HAIR Body Wave Glueless Pre-Cut 9x6 T-Part Lace Frontal Look Wear Go Wig, and I absolutely love it! 😍 The hair arrived with no weird smell, little to no shedding, and it feels AMAZING. The lace melts into my skin like a charm, and I love how easy it is to put on and go without having to do a bunch of extra work. The only thing that would make this the perfect wig for me would be having the option to order it with styled baby hairs. That would truly make it a complete wear-and-go experience! OQ Hair has definitely changed my opinion, and after giving them another chance this year, I’ve been very happy with my purchases. 💯❤️ I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered 4 wigs from here and they have all been phenomenal. They are so easy to install and looks so natural. The lasso is amazing. I recently ordered a halfway for my daughter and same exact quality so glad I found OQ hair to get me through my transition after chemo.
Is it possible to give a 0 star review? Do not bother getting this hair if you are expecting the hair you purchase with your money to be full and not be shedding everywhere because that is exactly what this hair does. And they refuse to accept accountability for it or allow for it to be returned stating it meets THEIR production standards making it clear that it is to provide poor quality hair that sheds everywhere. I will attach a picture of the hair literally falling out in clumps straight from the weft. This is without me EVER washing it or combing through it and within days of its arrival. This is not a one off as both units I bought from them was of poor quality and a return request. wasnt facilitated. I will be sharing my review on Tiktok & Trustpilot to save other customers money as they delete reviews on here. Please be aware. Oh forgot to add that there are rainbow strands on this hair too and I was told it was normal. OQ hair, I will not be accepting 40$ to keep quiet and not share my honest review and expect my full refund and a return label to return your products to you.
