The theft and corruption is so real
After my 26inch wig never got delivered to me, after reaching out to customer service over and over again, this company have refused to come up with a fair solution to my missing order. The lady in customer service (Elsa) has deliberately delayed coming up with solutions to my issue, wasting time, refusing me to return the product, refusing a refund. No solution whatsoever. Opted to escalate to her manager to see if she can get me a discount for my next order. But how foolish can I be to order from this company again that they would offer me a discount. And in all the times I ordered from them and other merchants I have never recieved such incompetent appalling customer service.

absolute theft and corruption
So I purchased 3 wigs from Geeta Hair but only recieved 2. I queried this with them, but they pointed fingers at my local courier. However, the local courier opened an investigation and tracked everything from OR TAMBO International Airport Clearance check to DURBAN Courier Warehouse, showed me footage of my items coming in and out for delivery, and tracked it back to Geeta Hair. From the packaging to the weight of the package on arrival to their warehouse in South Africa. The strange part is that out of all 3 wigs, the most expensive one (26Inch Straight Hair Transparent Lace Glueless Wig Human Hair 180% Density) was the one that went missing. The package was intact with no signs of being tampered with when I received it. The packet was also quite small showing it couldn't have been able to fit the 3rd wig, but the customer service lady continuously stated that all 3 wigs were shipped together. She even sent me photos she had taken of them hanging on a shelf saying they were all lined up and ready to be shipped (as if that was evidence that they were all packed in one package after she took the photo). That photo was just enough to show me that she knew one of those wigs were going to go missing.WHY WOULD YOU TAKE A PHOTO TO KEEP AS PROOF OF SOMETHING YOU'RE ABOUT TO SHIP UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW 1 OF THEM IS GOING TO GO MISSING AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO SUPPLY SOME FORM OF PROOF. Then sent me a photo of all 3 wigs on a scale showing the exact same weight that the local courier also had when they scanned it in, except the parcel the courier had didnt have the 3rd wig...HOW STRANGE?!! Basically, the customer service person who dealt with my case showed me that they steal products from clients who are supporting their business and place the blame on the receiving local courier. The theft and corruption I encountered is appalling. Sending me photos of weight scales, items hanging on shelves and thinking they can use this as evidence, as if the items on the photos are written my name all over them.
NO INVESTIGATION, NO REFUND, NOTHING...JUST ABSOLUTE THEFT...dont buy from this website unless you want broad daylight robbery.
