Vivid Seats

Hi customer, we appreciate you taking a moment to review your experience. Wishing you more smooth ticketing and memorable events ahead!

Hi Kimberly. We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the live chat experience. We want to clarify that you contacted us to add an extra seat to an existing order. During the chat, it clearly explained our policies regarding making changes to orders. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations, as our policy states all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for trusting us with your live event experience and for the high star rating!
