Hi there! We reviewed your order and can confirm your tickets were successfully delivered as secure URL links a few days before the upcoming show. Venues and event organizers determine when tickets are released to fans, so for many events, especially high-demand ones, delivery closer to the event date is completely normal. We hope you enjoy the show, and thank you for your feedback!

Hello! We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. We know how crucial it is to have a seamless experience when accessing your tickets. Since our tickets come directly from the primary market, there are occasions when you might need to take extra steps or download a separate app to view your tickets. This is a security measure put in place by the venue to help keep your tickets safe. If you require any further support, our customer service team is always available to assist you.
