I should have known better after the whole mess with my 360 phone case – the front part basically melted, and they wouldn't help me return or exchange it. What a nightmare company.

Please kindly note that the free power adapter is part of our general policy and is not included in the product description. Its purpose is to assist with compatibility — for example, Chinese-version smartphones often come with power adapters that may not fit UK sockets directly. In such cases, we include a free power adapter to ensure proper use.
However, a power plug adapter should not be mistaken for a charger. Even if we were to send you one as a gift, it would not be useful in this case. You can use your own phone charger to power the wireless charger.
The HONOR SuperCharge Wireless Charger Stand has already sold over 200 units, all shipped in factory-standard packaging — the same applies to phones, tablets, and chargers. We have not received any negative feedback about this product.
Regarding the phone case issue, I consulted our customer service team, and they confirmed two solutions for you:
Return the phone case for inspection and receive a replacement.
Accept a $5 coupon as compensation.

Absolutely pathetic - after 6 weeks I'm still waiting for delivery. The UK carrier the Chinese carrier chose to use is the most incompetent in the UK, EVRI, and lost the parcel. They assume no one has to go to work during the days and won't deliver to their own hub. Now Voptronics is distancing itself from responsibility putting onus on an unnamed Chinese middle man to sort out. I chase them daily and still don't have my package. Utterly pathetic. DO NOT BUY FROM SUPPLIERS RELYING ON EVRI TO DELIVER

Your package was shipped on May 24, and delivery was attempted on June 2, 3, and 4 for three consecutive days. According to the tracking records, the courier made multiple delivery attempts, but due to personal reasons, the package was not successfully received.

Not a well known site in the US, but you can order with confidence.
Like most people I don't normally leave reviews unless there's a problem, but there were absolutely zero issues ordering from voptronics. It seems like a pretty new site, and the item I was ordering hadn't even been released in the US, so I was a little hesitant. The item arrived in about 10 days from China, exactly as described. I would have no issues ordering from these guys again.
Bought product. They refuse a return. Their policy is crazy! Very unfriendly and refusing to find a reasonable solution.
