The 30-day period is the maximum purchase-based deadline for eligible Buyer Protection claims; most categories also have a shorter deadline after delivery. 14 days for most items, and 7 days for categories such as Sports Cards, TCG, Sneakers, and Coins. Buyer Protection generally covers issues such as an item being missing, damaged, counterfeit, or not matching its description. Returns may be required for a refund
