Since I discovered WIIO I haven't stopped using it anymore. They usually provide me lower prices compared to AliExpress, they process my orders and let me free to focus on the essential part of my dropshipping operation! I would give you 6 stars if the processing time be reduced to 1 day, as sometimes happens, but it’s great anyway! Special thanks to my agent Taylor who helps me with all my questions!

So far shipment from wiio has been ok and had not received any bad feedback in terms of shipment. The only problem I've encountered so far was a test quote for a new order, the shipment cost was reasonable, but that jumped nearly 4x for the actual customer order. Not sure if there was a misquote here, but couldn't continue to sell that product with the high shipment cost. Luckily this was discovered during product testing phase.

I guess somewhat reading the reviews-1% do get you upset after checking out the website, which is decently well done and user friendly. I have read through the FAQ and About US pages and they all were promising. So I just messaged this girl who apparently says works for WIIO who had sent me the website link. I further asked where their warehouse address in the US was? She wasn't able to answer that, she replied that their warehouse is in China, but I kept asking about the one in US, 3 times, she finally gave no reply!

First they won't ship the items on time but would update the tracking numbers as soon as you place orders. They don't do refund only store credits which is ridiculous. The processing time is really slow and they'd sometimes take 20 days or more to ship out your orders because "friend the factory says it would take another week to have in stock" but that was not an issue when you guys are quoting a price for item eh? Only when you get the money out of our pockets you'd realize that oh It'll take another week and then another week. I lost $1500 while working with these nut heads because of the disputes and returns and oh completely forgot they'd send a wrong size and then wouldn't take a responsibility for it. For all those who are thinking to work with them, please remember that they would treat you like a customer not a partner and all they'd care about is getting the money out your pockets. Most of the Positive Reviews are Fake AF so please do not believe them. I worked with them for the month of March and they really messed up my system because of their unprofessional service.
