Due to different screen brightness and color temperature settings, slight variation between the product and photos is possible. We will add more real-life photos and videos under natural light to help future buyers make better judgments. Regarding returns: Our return policy page has always clearly indicated that the return address is in China, and international return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, as noted at checkout. However, to make things right for you, we are willing to waive the $20 handling fee specially for you. That means you only need to pay for the shipping back to China, and we will charge no extra fees. If you find the return shipping still too costly, we also offer an alternative: keep the item and we will issue a partial refund (e.g., 30% of the price) as compensation.
