The quality of the hair has been fantastic. I’ve had my long tape wefts in for about 2/3 weeks now. I get so many compliments. No tangling (and I got 22” and 24” so my hair is long. My natural hair is also very long and hangs down my lower back. ) or shedding! I’ve ordered about $1500 worth of hair and products so far and am in the process of switching my last order for a different kind and color. I have curly hair and thought the kinky tape ins would work for me, but it’s for people of a different ethnicity than I am and yilite has been kind enough to let me switch it since I haven’t even taken it out of the plastic yet. Amazing customer service so far!

I’ve been using hair extensions for several years now. Mostly the clip-in and tape in methods. I have also used multiple brands from very high price to budget brands. Yilite is hands down the best company I have used. The hair is the best quality as far as look, texture and feel, and its longevity. I do use some pricier products to help care for them, but one set will last me around 12 months and that’s with daily use. And their customer service is excellent. (I use WhatsApp to contact them and they are very responsive. I’ve only had to do that once and the issue was actually with the shipping courier, not Yilite). Plus, I do my own tape is at home, and their newer long weft tape ins are awesome!! Total game changer for me. So easy to install on myself (with a 3way mirror of course). Unless something changes with Yilite and their products, I’m done trying other brands!

Missing some order but totally refunded after a quick process and the hair I received is the best quality I have ever had. I’m a hairdresser and I have used many brands over the last 30 years, this hair is thick and is like silk. I’ve used what came for thickness as my hair has become extremely thin in the menopause. I have coloured it to match and the seams are fantastic in fine thin hair. Will definitely be buying more and is my new go to brand 😉

The color was not as pictured ended up being very red when it was supposed to be blonde. They have a terrible chemical smell. They come from china. They want me to pay return shipping plus 20% return fee. Their customer service is terrible.
