I ordered a shipping for my client from them, but there is a problem on chinese post service side which was not revealed and parcel was not shipped. I was not warned about it, shipping option was available on checkout. After that they "refund" 75%(!) of my payment to account balance. I surely opened Paypal dispute for full amount, this situation is fully their responsibility. After that they just "freeze" my account with my product on their warehouse. Total scam. Be careful and never deal with them.

The pics of the items arrived are to be paid and that's ok, but the quality of the pics is not so good. If you ask them to check if an item has arrived with all its pieces, they want also to make you pay an extra fee. Surely I will check for other agents

I have got parcels through Yoybuy multiple times and had no problems with them. Helpful customer service. One of the only shipping agents that buys through Xianyu. You can buy things yourself and have things shipped to their warehouse or they can buy for you which is helpful on sites that require Chinese ID to buy things.
