That said, we would like to address the claim made. Sharing contact information to deal outside of our platform is a violation of our Terms of Service. All sellers are required to keep all dealings and communications strictly within ZeusX — terms you have read and explicitly agreed to before onboarding. Being new to the platform does not exempt a user from the Terms they have accepted. As clearly stated under Clause 11.1 of our Terms of Service, accounts that are suspended or banned due to policy violations will lose access to any funds held within the account, and ZeusX is under no obligation to compensate for such losses. This policy is in place to protect our buyers from sellers who attempt to bypass the platform and conduct off-site deals, and is acknowledged at the point of registration. We also note that this same concern has been raised previously under different accounts. Submitting repeated reviews from multiple accounts does not change the outcome of a policy-based decision, and we would encourage a direct conversation with our support team instead, where we can review the case properly.
