i was a seller based on their website and i followed all their rules they had no offline mode so while iwas having final exams they blocked my account for the reason me being in active i requested my money or if they can unblock me they said to give them my id but my id had changed for government purposes and they now can't open the account nor give me the balance but iAm 100% the same person and they are just not giving it back
update: they replied that i've been using a fradulant identity without anyproof and that some how even though my ban wasn't for fradulant activity gives them the right to just take my money
now nevertheless YES my identity have changed some of its numbers for what ever reason that doesn't give them the right to take away my shit

In order to become seller on their site they ask you some stupid and unnecessary stuff, and when you provide it they ask more and more, i even expected them to ask for my credit card number because...you never know
Also i had to give them 3 times proof that i have 30k orders completed across the web, and even after that they asked for some more crap after i just gave up "Please be informed that we require you to operate at least 6 months with 50+ positive reviews & 95% positive feedback all time rating. If you meet all the criteria, kindly provide all your shop links that you sell on other gaming platforms and send us a video record of you logging in the shop account and show us which email that you use to register in that shop account as a proof of site ownership so that we can review it further"
I already meet those requiremens and provided proof but they just kept asking, so it's automated spam bot email or some shit from their side, i don't care.
Also i just want to mention that their sellers are rookies having 1-3k orders on average (at the time of my application in January), avoid this dogshit

Worst platform and worst customer support I've ever dealt with.
Here's how it goes: You buy something. The money actually leaves your card. But the payment doesn't go through. Instead, you're told you need to complete KYC verification.
So now you're stuck going back and forth with their Support team. Here's the timeline I experienced:
I asked them to provide the process for KYC verification.
One day later: they finally sent the KYC verification process.
Same day: I submitted all the required KYC documents.
One day later: "The relevant team is processing it."
Nine hours later: "It's been processed, please try purchasing again."
I tried to pay again — and the payment still failed. But rest assured, they'll still take your money anyway.
Meanwhile, my $200 was put into a refund queue, which means I can't use that $200 for the entire refund period. They did absolutely nothing for me, and even their customer support misled me. How does a platform not even have the most basic safeguard in place — that a failed payment shouldn't charge you in the first place?
Bottom line: Nobody can tell you whether your payment will actually go through. And if it fails, they'll still take your money anyway. When you'll get your refund? Anyone's guess. I strongly advise against putting any significant amount of money into this platform.
Note: Regarding the second KYC failure, there has been no reply to the email for 5 days. I don't even know whether the refund for the second payment failure has been processed or not.

The UI refresh part doesn't work well, and honestly the UI being pointlessly heavy was a major turn-off. Would be great if they could just cut down the loading. Other than that, the service was totally satisfying.

Purchased a game account on ZeusX. Seller provided login credentials and two backup codes per his own instructions. First backup code returned an error. Second got me into Gmail but the game itself required additional Google verification — either an SMS code to the seller's phone or a new backup code, both of which only the seller controls. This is a structural loophole that lets sellers deliver "working" credentials while retaining full account control.
When I reported this, ZeusX support (Kyubi, then Eve) asked me to record a video proving login failure and upload it to Imgur — a third-party site — and share it with both them and the seller. I complied with explaining the situation in full. Support then continued requiring video proof despite me already documenting the issue in chat, and the seller showed no intent to resolve.
Paid in crypto. No recourse. $16 is small but the platform's process is clearly designed to run out the clock until the automated payout releases to the seller. Would not buy here again. Leaving this as a warning to others buying game accounts with Google-linked verification.

My experience as a seller there was terrible. I got banned for offsite trading, and they completely took all of my funds without any warning or chance to withdraw them. It felt unfair because all the money I earned was instantly gone after the ban. If you sell there, be very careful with their rules, because once they detect offsite trading, you can lose both your account and your balance permanently.
