We want to acknowledge that an error did occur in the rental payment reporting, and we sincerely regret the distress this caused. As we mentioned in our direct communication, we took immediate steps to correct the inaccurate information and submitted the correction as soon as it was identified. We also provided you with confirmation of this correction on May 17. Please know that while we are not a credit bureau and do not control credit scores or reports directly, we understand the seriousness of any reporting errors. If you believe your credit report still reflects inaccurate data, we recommend contacting TransUnion to formally dispute the information. They can be reached at [email protected] or 1-833-458-6338.
