Hello Brian Jones, Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the software effective for your document conversion needs. We also appreciate your comments regarding the subscription process and the visibility of the renewal information. The service includes an introductory access period which may convert into a subscription if not cancelled within the specified timeframe, as indicated during checkout and in the terms of service. Your feedback regarding the presentation of this information, particularly on the invoice, is appreciated and helps us evaluate the overall user experience. If you would like us to review your account or discuss your subscription, please contact [email protected] with the email address associated with your purchase. Kind regards, The ZoomConvert Team.
