THEY WILL NOT CALL THE POLICE IF YOUR ALARM GOES OFF
They won't call the police and they won't call YOU when your alarm goes off. This has happened every single time we've had an alarm go off in the middle of the night. The WORST thing to wake up to, and Brinks just sleeps on you. For the last 7 years, this has happened so many times, including last night at 2:20 am, my alarm went off, for two solid minutes, no one called. No one used the two way, no one. They never have a good reason. Not only that the actual control for the alarm was inoperable for nearly half a year and they didn't care... their mobile app didn't work at all for 5 months. They had an issue where it wouldn't work on wifi and they did nothing until I filed a complaint and they tried to blame it on Apple apps, when it was them. So for months no one could arm or disarm their system on their phone without going into settings and turning off wifi--who has time to do that in an emergency?? I am being charged $53.14 a month for pretend monitoring. There is no peace of mind when you're being stolen from by an alarm company pretending to protect you and then sleeping on you at the worst time of your life.
