Apple dont care and certainly haven't even claimed trust pilot profile, this shows arrogance and a lack of regard for consumers. Shame becuase products are OK!

No support at all, even for paying customers, just a chat bot that doesnt work !
I have an account but when I ask for support the pathetic chatbot says you must sign in, yet I am signed in so once again Adobe avoid providing support hiding behind a chat bot !
