Best Customer Service Ever
Honestly I was scrolling through some reviews and what I was seeing was not the service I received at all and people deserve the truth, and maybe its the way I do it. When something fails on my SV06 ACE, which doesnt happen much, I come at it from a technical stand point to find failure point and I send them a video or picture with said information. Its always been an instant we'll send that right out and its been fantastic. Their customer service is unrivaled. My sovol and my Qidi Q2 hit failure points on the same day. I had my Sovol part in hand while I was still fighting Qidi to send me a part, and the comparison I gave them had Qidi ship that part out next day. My only issue with my Sovol is lack of customizational parts and it seems like my model kind of got forgotten about in the community. I would not suggest their hardened nozzles as I've only had issues with them, but their customer service is spot on.

Sunlu is trash.
I've had nothing but problems with Sunlu since ever. I was part of the "random mystery box" and I ended up with two 5 kg rolls of silver. Their influencers were saying how they couldn't print a lot of their rolls since they were ABS or better so I shot my chances with two boxes. Big mistake. Ive purchased their flourescent blue filament, which ended up being their normal blue. I messaged on both times to never even get a response. The random box was just a filament dump and I understand its "random" but two different colors would've been cool. And don't charge me extra and tell me a product will do something if it doesn't. Customer service is what keeps up a business relationship with me, you'll find it in most other companies. Also quite funny how they won't send shipping information to shop on things they know they're screwing you on so you cant write a review. Weird right? And if you post a video of you besting Sunlu on TikTok and get over 50k views they ban your account. They're a very gross company.
