The Ackerman Tech arrived promptly during the scheduled appointment range. He was very professional and quickly corrected a problem we were having with one of our cameras. Excellent customer service from Ackerman.

Unbelievably bad customer service.
Someone from your call center initiated a call to me telling me that even though the website had indicated that my order would arrive by March 28, that it would not. She then questioned whether I was telling the truth about what the web site had indicated. More important, she spoke to me in a VERY rude and condescending manner. After she continued to lecture and berate me, I cancelled the order. I’ve made several purchases from Luggage Pros, and I thought I’d found a great location to obtain quality luggage at a reasonable price. However, after this experience, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LUGGAGE PROS EVER AGAIN. Your rude insensitive call center person has cost you my business forever. Please note that what Luggage Pros says below in their reply is simply an extension of the disingenuous and argumentative conduct of Luggage Pros customer service. The “rep” DID NOT apologise. She argued with me, talked down to me, and was just generally rude. This simply reinforces my decision to never buy anything from these people again. If this is how they treat people just trying to place an order, I can’t imagine what it would be like to try and deal with them on a return.
