After hours of researching and comparing chair options, I chose the SitPro w/ high quality wheels (extra). Easily the most comfortable chair I've owned and used to date. Assembly was straight forward. Delivery was much quicker than expected (note: big and heavy box). Only hiccup was adjusting height of backrest, not clear in the instructions. YouTubed it. I opted to buy the extra wheels which really make a big difference and I definitely recommend it.
Extremely satisfied with both the application and responsive support. I needed a quick, easy and effective solution for downloading the entire library of several VideoTube channels (archiving purposes before shutting down channels). I happened across SurFast Video Downloader. Worked like a charm. I was billed for a trial period with an auto-renewal but I knew I'd only need the application for a week. I wrote to customer support over the weekend and asked that the renewal be discontinued. I just received confirmation from PayPal as well as a follow-up email and confirmation from Nabla. This is how things should work in a perfect world. Great application and top notch support. I can highly recommend both the app and the company.
