Pathetic service by Redbus
Booked a ticket go Nagercoil from Bangalore. Initially I have booked for 26th Dec, later realised I actually need to travel 27th Dec. Changing the date is goofy at times with Redbus site. Finally when I was able to change the dates, fare has been increased another 250 INR. The trip has been cancelled from my end due to my other priorities , when I try to cancel in the Redbus site, I have got a message that I cannot cancel the ticket for rescheduled ticket! No customer care number, and their chat service is a bot and you can not reach any humans to interact. Absolutely pathetic customer service and poor experience in their portal to book / reschedule / cancel the tickets.

I have taken dedicated server recently from RedSwitches on a rock bottom price which no one can match in the industry. I was bit apprehensive on quality of the service initially considering their low cost proposition. Boy, I was wrong. Trust me, RedSwitches support is excellent from the day one. I have asked them to install different hypervisor to test which one suits for my requirement. Not even once they have hesitated to oblige my request rather they done it very quickly. The support team is knowledgeable and very supportive. As a product company, I’m planning to continue with RedSwitches for long time. Highly recommended if you are on a tight budget and require top class service.
