Good Service
The service provided by eChinacareers is excellent - from school placement to visa application etc. They communicate very well with all parties involved and make sure for an easy transition into new schools. They do regular follow ups with the teachers and ensure that the teacher understands all steps and documents needed for visa application.The only thing I would be more cautious about is workload. Schools may not always be very transparent about intended workload during interviews and negotiations and teachers might only be told about the workload when arriving at the new school. It would be great if teachers fully understand what is expected of them i.t.o workload before joining any school. I really appreciate the service I received at eChinacareers and look forward to working with them again.
