I have had a tremendous great experience with any issues ive encountered. Just recently loss my furry ❤️ baby . She passed from thyroid condition. Her vet. Approved a medication to be ship when their the ones that has her remains. However, Chewy ' refunded my funds immediately. They also sent me a beautiful flower' to send their condolences. Truly made my day .
I'm extremely disappointed & displeased with the product sent out to me june 9th. . A few years back the gift 🎁 key chain I got for my sister was beautiful and properly done. I ordered again recently june 2025. and received a faded picture . I can't even believe that was sent out to me. I've repeatedly tried to reach out to this company No response. I wasted over $50 never again. You never treat your customers as if their not important enough. That's not how you thrive as a upstanding business.
