Horrible experience with this company. Package got lost, then when they refund you the foreign exchange rate changed so I lost 30$. The shipping cost was almost 100$CAD yet they chose economy couriers. What a dumb bunch. Another order ended up lost again and it was expensive so this time I processed a chargeback with my visa and got the full refund.
After Fasttech, this is the best overseas company to order from! I received my first package within one week with UPS at the end of 2023. Airmail packages take approximately 2-4 weeks. After the first package arrived so quickly I started ordering more frequently. Parcels arrive like Christmas. I've received 6 orders total from them already and have a few more recent orders daily tracked. Everything is of the highest quality. Their customer service is phenomenal, they guide you through your orders and Cindy Liu and staff have been very accommodating. Deserve more like, 10/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
