Communication a real problem!
Attempted to take out house insurance yesterday. Whilst the first monthly payment is showing as pending from my bank account, I have had zero confirmation of the policy. Zero documentation. It’s proving impossible to communicate with anyone there, except some useless bot called ‘Maya’.
It does not bode well for the future and, should I actually have a policy with them, I will be cancelling!

So NOT user-friendly. I hate it!
Truly awful! I’ve gone from loving my Samsung watch to hating it since I have had to link with the Strava app. It is so NOT user-friendly and clearly was devised by some bozo sitting comfortably in an office, rather than the actual world of often sweaty, breathless exercise. Before Strava, one or two simple presses on the screen sufficed, but now I don’t know what the hell I am doing with it.
I hate it!
