I received a keycap set with the “E”…
I received a keycap set with the “E” legend printed upside down. I contacted customer service and provided photos clearly showing the defect. Unfortunately, despite follow-up, I still have not received a resolution or replacement keycap. I really like several of Kapco’s designs, but the lack of response to such a straightforward quality-control issue has made me hesitant to purchase from them again. I would be happy to update this review if the issue is resolved.
