$79 delivery fee for adding a $6 item to my order
I went to the website to order a ryobi pruning saw for $69.00, free delivery to my home. Then I remembered I also needed a bag of manure, cost $6.47 under the item it says free delivery. So I added it to my cart, then was being charged $79 delivery fee for adding that one item. I called online customer support to find out why and that was a total waste of my time!!! He did not offer me any help. He told me to go to the store and pick it up, Well WTF why would I want to do that???I told the rep I would just cancel my whole order and go to Lowes! So deleted all of the items in my cart and I am done with this kind of business. Lowes doesn't treat me this way. I am done shopping at this horrible business!!! Home depot does not care about it's customers, I am reading all of the 1 star reviews and there is never a response from the company!
