A Word of Caution! Dear customer, do not be lured by the low prices. The quality of these products is lower than any rags you might find at a local market, yet they often cost even more. You will not receive a refund unless you return the shipment, which in Germany can cost between 48-65 EUR. The customer service is very rude and intimidating. Unfortunately, I cannot add screenshots of the conversation here, in which the customer service wrote: "Wenn Sie Ihre Bewertung löschen, können wir Ihnen eine volle Rückerstattung gewähren (169,45€)." I lost a lot of nerves and money. My lawyer is looking into this matter, and I have also tried to contact the German consumer inspector, as what this company is doing is fraud, but I have not received any response yet. there is no return address information anywhere on this website , or about the cost of that ! I have lost 50 Euros and faith in justice.
