Be careful with Chegg’s auto-renewal. I subscribed in September 2023 while studying and stopped using the service shortly afterwards. What disappointed me most is that I did not receive any renewal reminder emails or notifications over the following years, yet I continued to be charged every month until May 2026. When I contacted support, they referred to their Terms of Use and stated that subscriptions are non-refundable. It’s unreasonable that a subscription can continue for nearly three years without any renewal reminders being sent. Please check your subscriptions carefully.
