Even their eggs are ultra processed, so imagine what else. Most products are reheated in store. Beyond their sweetness, the drinks aren't consistent and can sometimes come with added debris. Asking for anything more than a copy and paste response will have customer service go quiet.

Instacart should be at most be a last resort
Deceptive marketing, blatant price gouging, improperly paid staff, & powerless and non-existent customer services. Your frozen items are also not temperature-controlled as they claim, and they won't do anything about it.
