我对任何…都没什么问题

First of all I really don’t want to give anyone a 1 star but she deserves 0 stars. I don’t have any issues about any of your location, however the one on Boston st Dorchester ma, because i know the owner of this location and the Albanian girl probably know I made complaint about her behavior before, yet she has learned how to treat clients with respect and dignity. I visited this location yesterday and she took my order and my keys fell behind the counter she made comment you now lost your keys, I say if you can’t get my keys I can call John to come and give my keys than sarcastically she replied and not just once but several time go ahead call John now call John now girl don’t tell me to call John, I will continue to report you with a bad survey each time I come to this location and you show your ignorance and stupidity behavior. Her arrogance didn’t bother me, but I know this survey will affect you, one thing she needs to know is that customers money is her pay check so behave your self and learn how to act behind the counter with clients, even after I left someone came and notified me that she was still talking about me and to call John. John will find out about this encounter as well. She doesn’t have the qualification and personality to be doing the transaction face to face, because one day someone will back slap her, because of her smart mouth. So many people that i know including so many police officer thinks the same about this same girl. Good luck lady

我和我爸各点了一份甜甜圈和一份炸土豆饼，结果土豆饼被压得稀烂，吃起来跟塑料似的，简直恶心透了。也许他们该对自己的工作有点自豪感吧。他们就住在你们附近那条街上，一直都在点外卖。现在我只想对着他们的甜甜圈发火。如果你不喜欢你的工作就别干。反正我想看看你们吃这些恶心的炸土豆饼是什么表情。祝你们一天愉快，你们配得上（更好的）。连我的狗都不吃。

这钱花得不值。

首先我去买一打甜甜圈，结果驾驶通道的菜单上既没图片也没描述，点完之后拿到的全都不对。我点的是巴伐利亚奶油的，却拿到白糖霜的。试着打电话给他们，当然打不通，一打就占线。 如果点的东西能对上，驾驶通道的服务还凑合。我还是去 Publix 买甜甜圈吧。Winter Springs/Oviedo Florida Redbug Road 那家店就在 Lowe’s 正对面。一打甜甜圈要将近 20 美元。我花的钱应该买到对的东西。

食物可能有毒

你现在真的能尝到甜甜圈里的化学物质（不是很微妙，难吃的味道像卡车一样击中我，淹没了甜甜圈的味道），咖啡越来越差，小牛角包三明治也尝起来有问题。老实说，他们的食物现在很恶心，我很惊讶他们还在营业。这比麦当劳还糟

服务态度简直糟透了…

Dunkin' 的客户服务简直糟糕透顶。 我在 2026 年 5 月 23 日提交了一份正式投诉，收到一封自动邮件，保证会在 25 天内回复。结果期限到了，完全石沉大海。 之后我又发了一封跟进投诉，再次收到同样的自动承诺，说 25 天内会回复。那个期限也过了。我还试着打过电话，也没用。 既然告诉客户会在指定时间内回复，那就兑现承诺。如果做不到，至少有点礼貌地告知他们进展，而不是直接无视。 原来的投诉现在已经次要了。真正的问题是，对一位试图解决合理问题的顾客，完全缺乏责任感和尊重。 在咖啡店和甜甜圈连锁店遍地都是的市场里，客户服务才是让人回头的原因。根据我的经历，Dunkin' 的表现远低于我的预期，除非他们终于认真处理这个问题，否则我不会再来了。 如果客户投诉都是这样处理的，其他人花钱之前最好三思。

不再是我买甜甜圈的首选了

不再是我的甜甜圈首选。应该是负5星。 几乎没有产品不再现场制作，而是来自第三方，质量急剧下降。在 various 地点，我多次得到不仅非常干硬的甜甜圈，而且显然是生产后冷冻的（甜甜圈仍然冰凉的和/或部分冷冻）。客户服务可能很糟糕。我不再推荐Dunkin'。

再见 DD，你好 Panera Sip Club！

我是 DD 多年的忠实顾客。我每天会买 2-3 杯大杯冰咖啡。我和一个朋友以前还比赛看谁的奖励积分更高。直到有一天 DD 从我们的账户里扣了几千积分。这绝不是对待忠实顾客的方式，但我相信 DD 以为他们给公司带来了巨大的利润增长。所以再见了 DD，你好啊行业里最划算的 Panera！一年只要 120 美元，冰咖啡随便喝！！去 Panera 加入 Sip Club，永远别再回头。

问题不在虫子，在于客服流程

I gave the Dunkin app multiple chances, but the customer support experience finally made me give up. The app repeatedly failed to process payments or accept new credit cards, displaying an error instructing me to contact support. I tried all the troubleshooting steps-logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app, and removing and re-adding payment methods, with no success. Customer support then asked me to provide extensive information, including screenshots, app version details, and multiple troubleshooting responses. After taking the time to send everything they requested, I was told they couldn't resolve the issue and was referred to another "tier" customer service. After a dropped call, a 30-minute wait, and a very difficult conversation (English as a second language) where the representative appeared to be reading from a script and asked me to repeat much of the same information, my case was supposedly escalated to another technical team. I never received a follow-up or a resolution. At some point, the cost of getting an app to work exceeds the value of using it. I've deleted the app and gone back to Starbucks.

最可爱的员工

我总是一想问名字就紧张，因为总觉得别人会以为我有什么坏心思，但这次完全不是！我要夸夸在前台帮我点餐的那位超可爱的店员： *年轻的黑人小姐姐，戴眼镜，扎着辫子/脏辫/扭辫。 *时间大概是中午12:15 *我点了一份唤醒卷饼和炸薯饼 这位小姐姐特别友好、亲切，我一进门就立刻热情地迎接我。有时候，就是这么一点小事就能让人一整天心情都不一样，因为你永远不知道对方正在经历什么！下次我一定要问她的名字

质量太差了——我本来想夸夸那位年轻…

I did want to give credit to the young lady that was at the window. This was an experience I had on June 30 at about 8:45 AM at the Mooresville location on 152. The employee was smiling and kind even though when I came through the drive-through the second time she did not get my order correct but she apologized that and the milk that I got was the best thing that I have to say about this unfortunate experience that I had 60 Dunkin’ Donuts has been in my life since I was a child I went through and ordered two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and a dozen donuts because I had a doctors appointment and I like to take them donuts THE experience I had when I opened up the paper to look at the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was it the presentation was very nice. Perfect circles for the biscuits. Perfect circle of sausage perfect circle of egg even though truth be told it’s probably not real legs, but I noticed number one that it was lukewarm the second thing I noticed when I bit into the bread was that it was very dry and it had the consistency of a dry English muffin. It was more like a dry English muffin than it was a biscuit. Also, I noticed in the background that the bread had a bitterness to it. I managed to choke down the first biscuit and I never do this, but I went back through the line so that I could get a Boston cream doughnut with chocolate on it that I’ve always been able to count on when I pulled up I said to the young lady, would you please throw this other biscuit away? This is probably the worst sausage, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit that I’ve ever had and I said if you do that for me, I’d appreciate it very much because I just wanna get it out of my car so that I don’t have a nightmare tonight about it and she laughed. I was very cordial too. The other band part of the experience was that even the bread the dough on the Boston cream doughnut it had that bitterness like the biscuit had and I don’t expect the dough or the biscuit to be sweet, but it had that same bitterness in the dough of the Boston cream doughnut, even though there was chocolate on it needless to say your quality of your products needs to be improved. I would never take a family member or myself back to Dunkin’ Donuts I never complain. I’ve never done anything like this and left a review, but Dunkin’ Donuts has been a part of my life for 60 years. I can honestly say that Dunkin’ Donuts would be the last place on earth that I’d want to eat thank you.

我今天去点冰咖啡，三位女士…

我今天去拿冰咖啡，3个女士站着聊天，我等了至少5分钟，店里或驾车通道都没有人，下单后他们开始互相聊天，像初中女生一样扭来扭去，连"你好"或"谢谢"都没有 那家店糟透了，再也不去了，顺便说一下这是在89th Cicero Oak Lawn伊利诺伊州

路过 Genesee 街的 Utica Dunkin…

在尤蒂卡Dunkin（Genesee街）停下来。 点了大杯Oreo冰拿铁和中杯低因茶和中杯冰咖啡。 让我从侧门开进来，服务员拿着热茶和冰咖啡出来，说祝你有美好的一天。我说我缺了我的冰拿铁，他说好的。 我丈夫把他的茶带回店里，因为是普通茶。他说有好几个人在排队投诉他们的订单。 与此同时，另一个服务员出来递给我一个大杯冰拿铁。我每天点这款饮料，上面只有1/4的冷奶泡，不是冰拿铁，因为它是浅棕色的，不像牛奶那样浓稠，它是咖啡。
