Placed an online arrived about seven minutes later stood in line for another 10 to 12 minutes. When I asked about my online order, I was told oh it’s coming. The young girl was very rude and it was obvious that she could care less about customer service. This was at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Halifax, North Carolina off of the 168 exit.
First of all I really don’t want to give anyone a 1 star but she deserves 0 stars. I don’t have any issues about any of your location, however the one on Boston st Dorchester ma, because i know the owner of this location and the Albanian girl probably know I made complaint about her behavior before, yet she has learned how to treat clients with respect and dignity. I visited this location yesterday and she took my order and my keys fell behind the counter she made comment you now lost your keys, I say if you can’t get my keys I can call John to come and give my keys than sarcastically she replied and not just once but several time go ahead call John now call John now girl don’t tell me to call John, I will continue to report you with a bad survey each time I come to this location and you show your ignorance and stupidity behavior. Her arrogance didn’t bother me, but I know this survey will affect you, one thing she needs to know is that customers money is her pay check so behave your self and learn how to act behind the counter with clients, even after I left someone came and notified me that she was still talking about me and to call John. John will find out about this encounter as well. She doesn’t have the qualification and personality to be doing the transaction face to face, because one day someone will back slap her, because of her smart mouth. So many people that i know including so many police officer thinks the same about this same girl. Good luck lady
Me and my old man ordered Donuts and a thing of hash browns each and hash browns are smashed and tasted like plastic absolutely disgusting maybe they should take a little bit of pride in what they do they're right down the road from you and ordered all the time now I just want to go through my Donuts at them if you don't like your job don't do it anyway I would like to see you guys eat these nasty ass hash browns enjoy your day have a good day you deserve even my dog won't eat them
First off I went to get a dozen of doughnuts and there’s no pictures no description of the donuts on the drive-through and then I ordered them and get all the wrong donuts. I ordered Bavarian cream and I get some white icing instead . Tried to call them of course you can’t get through because it goes busy right away.
Drive-through service would be nice if you get what you order. I’ll go to Publix and buy my donuts. Winter Springs/Oviedo Florida Redbug Road location right in front of the Lowe’s. Donuts at almost $20 a dozen. I should get what I pay for.
Even their eggs are ultra processed, so imagine what else. Most products are reheated in store. Beyond their sweetness, the drinks aren't consistent and can sometimes come with added debris. Asking for anything more than a copy and paste response will have customer service go quiet.
You can literally taste the chemicals in the donuts now (it's not subtle, the nasty flavor hit me like a truck and drowned out the donut flavor), the coffee is getting worse, and the lil croissant sandwiches also taste laced. Honestly, their food is disgusting now, and I'm thoroughly impressed they're still in business. This is even worse than McDonald's
I do like all of Dunkin’s products but the new lids that are used are horrible. Most of the time you can’t open the small lip on the lid. It gets stuck so you can’t drink through it.
Absolutely appalling customer service from Dunkin’.
I submitted a formal complaint on 23 May 2026 and received an automated email assuring me I’d receive a response within 25 days. That deadline came and went with complete silence.
I then sent a follow-up complaint and, once again, received the same automated promise of a response within 25 days. That deadline has also passed. I’ve even tried calling, with no success.
If you’re going to tell customers they’ll receive a response within a set timeframe, then honour that commitment. If you can’t, at least have the courtesy to keep them informed instead of ignoring them.
The original complaint is now secondary. The real issue is the complete lack of accountability and respect shown to a customer trying to resolve a genuine concern.
In a market overflowing with coffee shops and doughnut chains, customer service is what keeps people coming back. Based on my experience, Dunkin’ has fallen well below the standard I would expect, and I won’t be returning unless they finally decide to address this properly.
If this is how customer complaints are handled, others should think carefully before spending their money here.
I would give it a zero star if I could ! This place is never open on time and the customer service sucks! I normally don’t go to this location because of that but unfortunately I had to swing by this one this morning
No longer my go-to for donuts . Should be minus 5 stars.
With almost no product no longer made fresh in-house but from a 3rd party, quality has gone downhill bad. So many times at various locations have gotten donuts that are not only sooo stale but obviously been frozen after production ( donuts are still ice cold and/or partly frozen ). Customer service can be terrible. I don't recommend Dunkin' any longer.
I was a very loyal customer of DD for years. I would buy 2-3 large iced coffees a day. A friend and I used to have a competition to see who had the highest rewards number. Until the day DD took thousands of points from our accounts. This is not how I would treat loyal customers, but I am sure DD thought they were making an incredible increase to their bottom line. So good bye DD helloooo to the best deal in the industry, Panera! $120 a YEAR and all the iced coffee I can drink!! Go to Panera and join the Sip Club and never, ever look back.
The problem wasn't the bug- it was the support process
I gave the Dunkin app multiple chances, but the customer support experience finally made me give up.
The app repeatedly failed to process payments or accept new credit cards, displaying an error instructing me to contact support. I tried all the troubleshooting steps-logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app, and removing and re-adding payment methods, with no success.
Customer support then asked me to provide extensive information, including screenshots, app version details, and multiple troubleshooting responses. After taking the time to send everything they requested, I was told they couldn't resolve the issue and was referred to another "tier" customer service.
After a dropped call, a 30-minute wait, and a very difficult conversation (English as a second language) where the representative appeared to be reading from a script and asked me to repeat much of the same information, my case was supposedly escalated to another technical team.
I never received a follow-up or a resolution.
At some point, the cost of getting an app to work exceeds the value of using it. I've deleted the app and gone back to Starbucks.
I always get nervous asking for names because I feel people always think it's for a bad reason but not in this case! I shall describe the sweetest employee that tended to my order at the front counter:
*Younger dark skinned female who had glasses and braids/locs/twists.
*Time was approx 12:15pm
*I orderdered a wake up wrap,hashbrowns
This woman was friendly, kind and immediately greeted me when walking in. Sometimes, this is all it takes to turn someone's day around Because you never know what they are going through! Next time I will get her name
POOR QUALITY-I did want to give credit to the young…
I did want to give credit to the young lady that was at the window. This was an experience I had on June 30 at about 8:45 AM at the Mooresville location on 152. The employee was smiling and kind even though when I came through the drive-through the second time she did not get my order correct but she apologized that and the milk that I got was the best thing that I have to say about this unfortunate experience that I had 60 Dunkin’ Donuts has been in my life since I was a child I went through and ordered two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and a dozen donuts because I had a doctors appointment and I like to take them donuts THE experience I had when I opened up the paper to look at the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was it the presentation was very nice. Perfect circles for the biscuits. Perfect circle of sausage perfect circle of egg even though truth be told it’s probably not real legs, but I noticed number one that it was lukewarm the second thing I noticed when I bit into the bread was that it was very dry and it had the consistency of a dry English muffin. It was more like a dry English muffin than it was a biscuit. Also, I noticed in the background that the bread had a bitterness to it. I managed to choke down the first biscuit and I never do this, but I went back through the line so that I could get a Boston cream doughnut with chocolate on it that I’ve always been able to count on when I pulled up I said to the young lady, would you please throw this other biscuit away? This is probably the worst sausage, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit that I’ve ever had and I said if you do that for me, I’d appreciate it very much because I just wanna get it out of my car so that I don’t have a nightmare tonight about it and she laughed. I was very cordial too. The other band part of the experience was that even the bread the dough on the Boston cream doughnut it had that bitterness like the biscuit had and I don’t expect the dough or the biscuit to be sweet, but it had that same bitterness in the dough of the Boston cream doughnut, even though there was chocolate on it needless to say your quality of your products needs to be improved. I would never take a family member or myself back to Dunkin’ Donuts I never complain. I’ve never done anything like this and left a review, but Dunkin’ Donuts has been a part of my life for 60 years. I can honestly say that Dunkin’ Donuts would be the last place on earth that I’d want to eat thank you.
I went today to get ice coffee 3 ladies standing talking, I waited for at least 5 minutes, nobody at the place or drive throu, after a placed my order they start talking within each other, wiggling like middle school girls, not even Hello or Thank you
That place sucks, never going back again, by the way this is on 89th Cicero Oak Lawn illinios,
Stopped in the utica dunkin on Genesee street.
Ordered large oreo Iced latte and a medium decaf tea and medium iced coffee.
Had me pull up by side door and server came out with hot tea and iced coffee and says have a good day. I said im missing my iced latte and he says OK.
My husband took his tea back in store because it was regular tea. He stated there was several people in a line doing complaints about their order.
In the meantime a different server comes out and hands me a LG iced latte.. I order this drink daily and it was 1/4 cold foam on top and was not iced latte because it was light brown and not thick like milk cosisticeny it was coffee.
