Stopped in the utica dunkin on Genesee…
Stopped in the utica dunkin on Genesee street. Ordered large oreo Iced latte and a medium decaf tea and medium iced coffee. Had me pull up by side door and server came out with hot tea and iced coffee and says have a good day. I said im missing my iced latte and he says OK. My husband took his tea back in store because it was regular tea. He stated there was several people in a line doing complaints about their order. In the meantime a different server comes out and hands me a LG iced latte.. I order this drink daily and it was 1/4 cold foam on top and was not iced latte because it was light brown and not thick like milk cosisticeny it was coffee.
