The nonchalant, cavelier attitude of everyone at the store level, all the way through corporate over the issue tells me everything I need to know that Dunkin is not what it once was and no longer puts customers first, it's a money grab. They've lost a customer, not that they seem to care. Perhaps going back to the values that the company had and training staff/management to handle matters in a professional, courteous manner should be reimplemented.
If I could give 0 stars i would, my mom ordered some donuts from here, the day they were meant to arrive they were sent back to dunkin, no attempted delivery, no explanation, it’s been 11 days, we’ve not had a refund, there is no way to contact dunkin, we’ve tried to contact dpd who said to contact dunkin, there is no reply to their social media or customer service email, this is disgusting
If I could give zero stars I would. You're literally called dunkin DONUTS and there were no donuts for sale after 10 am? This is a regular occurrence with this location. However, when I call corporate the shitty customer service rep says "its not our problem contact the franchise owner" its literally your company?!? Billion dollar corporation and not even a single fricken donut after 10 am... WILD TIMES
I placed a mobile order on Monday, which was supposed to earn an extra 100 points. I activated the offer before placing my order; however, the activation did not go through immediately, and no one seems to know why. I contacted customer service after picking up my order to ask what happened, and I was told that the missing points cannot be added manually. This was a very disappointing experience for someone who is a regular customer
1 Star only only because I actually got my coffee. I would’ve given it in a -5.
1 Star - Unwelcoming and Discriminatory Treatment
Location: Eli Whitney Dr
I’ve been a Dunkin’ customer for years, but my recent experiences at this location have been deeply disappointing and frankly dehumanizing.
Wednesday Incident:
I arrived at 5 AM before my shift as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician). I realized I’d forgotten my wallet and politely asked if I could get a black coffee, explaining my situation. The store manager declined, which I completely understood - it’s her job to follow company policy. No hard feelings.
I sat down at one of the tables to start work until my office opened. Immediately, the manager aggressively reminded me I had “15 minutes to leave” since I didn’t purchase anything. I respected that, packed up, and left without issue.
Thursday Incident - Where Things Got Unacceptable:
The next day, I returned at 5 AM - this time WITH my wallet. I purchased a caramel macchiato and sat down to work on my laptop for about 30 minutes before heading to my job working with children with autism.
Before my laptop even connected to the WiFi, the same manager approached me with a hostile tone, telling me I had “10 minutes and then you need to leave.” I had just purchased a drink. I politely explained that I’m a paying customer and have the right to sit and enjoy my coffee, just like at any other coffee shop.
Instead of de-escalating, she raised her voice well above conversational level and continued berating me in front of other customers. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she refused to provide it and deflected with “Why do you need my name?”
The Real Issue:
If Dunkin’ doesn’t want customers sitting in the store, remove the tables and chairs. You can’t have seating areas and then harass paying customers for using them. This manager’s aggressive, disrespectful approach made me feel less than human - and I’ve worked customer service for years, so I understand the challenges.
In 20 years in this country, I’ve never been treated this poorly by any service worker. This isn’t about policy enforcement - it’s about basic human decency and respect for paying customers.
I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone who values respectful customer service.
january 29 9 am they need to check the cameras.
a lady mid 40s brown hair clearly high on drugs
created a scene and of course blamed the customers.
she claimed to be the manager she is extremely rude and you cant even ask questions without her clearly hating her life her job just evil and ugly.
no other employee stepped in so you can tell there is a serious issue here with the managers penny and her other manager i speak of just horrible people, she bragged about being in the food industry for 25 plus years as if its a gold medal to treat people horrible.
do routine drug test, check cameras and food labeling. hold all employees accountable.
the service is bad and the quality of any food besides the donuts are trash
In December 2025 I purchased 2 bacon, egg + cheese croissants at the Dania beach Florida location 550 S Federal Hy. I noticed the bacon looked a little limp so I opened up the sandwich. The bacon wasn't even cooked. ( See picture ) I contacted Dunkin via their website and asked why this happened and that I wanted a refund or credit. I was told someone would get back to me but that never happened even though I gave them over a month and multiple emails. Shop elsewhere or take a chance of getting food poisoning.
I walked in to Dunkin’ donuts at 6 am cheery and happy. I greeted the workers with a smile and a “good day”. their response was moody, “What do you want?” What do I want? I want you to be in a good mood. I will never be drinking dunkin’ donuts ever again! Better customer service please.
Wrong order, wrong name. Contacted customer support via email twice, no response. They phone lines say their closed and the app claims the messaging virtual assistant is down.
I don't understand how it's a managers job to find coverage when someone called off, nope it's the workers job since when. Isn't that what managers get paid for. Then you tell a kid that he sticks like cat litter, so you send him home. He doesn't smell like it at all. When he works his shift he comes home smelling like cigarettes. He doesn't smoke.
I ordered my favorite hazelnut and original blend on line just in time for the holidays. I also was in time for the free promotion to get a dd mug. When I got my order I received he hazelnut but not the original blend and the cup was in pieces. Ive written, tried to call and no replies. Guess I won't have enough coffee to share with my family and it seems I won't know when I'll get my original blend or refund. Sooo peeved.
The Customer service at the Dunkin near Lake Clarke Shores is consistently horrible. If they mess up the order it’s my fault for saying it wrong. Even if my receipt is also saying it. Then they are angry with me for making them redo it and then they redo wrong anyway. I just have to accept it and move on. I will gladly go out of my way for Starbucks from now on. As I prefer their coffee and employees better!
⭐ 1 Star Review
I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts on Alfreton Road, Nottingham on 11/11/2025 at around 6:45 PM, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.
One of the staff members — an Asian man, around 45–50 years old — was extremely rude to me. I only asked for an extra cup, and he charged me 50p, which is fine if that’s the policy, but the way he spoke to me was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
I usually come to this branch often and have always been happy with the service, but this time it was very unpleasant. I hope the management looks into this and ensures customers are treated with more respect in the future.
Good morning! I went through the drive through this morning and they had kind of a long line. But to my surprise the service and speed in which I got was absolutely superb! They were friendly and fast! Monika was awsome. Nothing like a warm greeting and smiling face to start my day! This is for All the workers at the Jones and Thousand Oaks location! Thank yall!
Stopped to get a dozen lemon filled donuts, I was told they have been discontinued. I ask for a dozen chocolate filled donuts and was told they were discontinued.
I was offered some old cream filled donuts 😂
Good bye Dunkin’ Donuts
