Missing Reward Points
I placed a mobile order on Monday, which was supposed to earn an extra 100 points. I activated the offer before placing my order; however, the activation did not go through immediately, and no one seems to know why. I contacted customer service after picking up my order to ask what happened, and I was told that the missing points cannot be added manually.
