Annaliese in Starbucks at the Ash St Piqua Ohio location is SO rude. She messed up my order and then when I corrected her that it was not what I ordered, she shut the window on me after I asked for a straw. I was a daily customer and will no longer be a Starbucks customer.
I was very disappointed with this Starbucks location. The biggest downside is the lack of a drive-thru. Considering its location on Beirut’s Corniche, where traffic is often heavy and parking can be difficult, a drive-thru would make a huge difference for customers. Unfortunately, the current setup is inconvenient and doesn’t meet the level of convenience people expect from Starbucks. I hope the company seriously considers adding a drive-thru service at this location in the future.
The two stars awarded are for everything that is immaculate with Starbucks, except the coffee. I live in West London and must say Starbucks coffee houses outclasses all the rest with good service, nice air conditioned rooms with a good choice of powder toppings and cleanliness, but then the coffee is more expensive than others.  It’s such a shame that coffee has always tasted bitter no matter which choice is selected. It never tastes of coffee, which is money wasted. Perhaps they should serve the same brand as PAUL and PRET A MANGER who are the only ones serving tasty coffee. 
Karen was awesome here at the E.commerce location very polite and smiling she made me feel comfortable and my coffee was great. I love this location
I went to the Starbucks located in Coleman Village, 930 Marietta Hwy, Roswell, GA 30075. I ordered a cuppuccino and a blueberry muffin. When presented with the bill, it was an option to leave a tip and I did ($1.00) assuming will get a good services. So here are the problems that I came across: 1. The table outside were very dirty and I had to clean them myself 2. The cappuccino came out very fast but the blueberry muffin did not. After 10 minutes of waiting I went inside the shop and asked where is my muffin. The person that charged me was also the same person that was heating up the muffin. With a very bad attitude (like it was my fault) he said we have a lot of people and you need to wait. I said but I got the coffee and is cooling down. He said you have to wait. 3. I asked for his name and he wont give it. I asked the manager for his name and her name and she told they wont give their name, go complain to the customer service. I requested the refund of the tip, they said they cannot do it. 4. I called customer service. After all the apologies and so on she said she cannot reimburse me the $1 (thats the only thing I was asking for, I did not ask for a full refund). So besides the bad treatment from the manager/employee of the store, and beside the inaprropriate response from the customer service, why was a given an option to pay a tip before the service was given???? Isn't the option of leaving a tip a sign that the customer is happy?
Vivian at Starbucks in El Paso, TX near, I-10 & Artcraft, would not lend me a pen. She was very rude & I did not appreciate it. I used to work at Starbucks, so I know what it's like to be a Partner. She did not deliver excellent customer service & needs further training.
Starbucks have completely lost their minds 9 dollars for a half cup of coffee this can't be what your company has resorted to completely ridiculous
Got wrong drink.. so sent message through Starbucks app.. They put the money a bit over 6$ back I have the app.. but can't afford to go as often as I use to.. Was looking this morning.. the credit disappeared Treating myself to a drink yes I was bummed so I sent the review. Back to staying away.. can't afford to waste money. 1 And 2 stars on reviews. Been going to Starbucks before the app ever existed.. Besides paying a lot for a cup if coffee that has gotten worse over time.. I read a lot of refunds disappearing from the app.. I thought it was just me.. Been making coffee at home.. Always turns out right.. Who has extra money anymore for 5$ coffee..7 $ cappuccino or 7$ fraps. I only had been going because my insurance gives me gift cards
Lex and Liz at the Pewaukee, WI location brightened my day with their kindness and understanding 💕 I was having one of those days; nothing was going right. I dropped my drink and they didn't make me feel bad about making a mess, they made me another drink, AND cheered me up in the process. Thank you!!!
I visit this Starbucks branch in Salisbury QUEENS PARK almost every day with my friend, and together we spend nearly £50 daily, so we’re regular customers. Unfortunately, we’ve had the same issues on multiple occasions. The air conditioning is often not working, making the store feel like a sauna. We have raised this with staff several times, but our concerns have been ignored and nothing seems to change. Another disappointment is the lack of umbrellas or any shade in the outdoor seating area, making it uncomfortable to sit outside on sunny days. On top of that, we are charged the eat-in price, yet the overall experience doesn’t reflect the service or comfort customers should expect. As loyal customers, we hope Starbucks management takes these concerns seriously and improves the store’s environment and customer service. We enjoy coming here, but these ongoing issues need to be addressed.
I would give them a zero if I could. I loaded my digital wallet with Starbucks using my debit card. There was over $25 on the account. It disappeared. I contacted customer service and showed via pic the digital card and they kept asking for the PIN number” and there was no gift card involved. Long story-short, my situation was NOT resolved and was told repeatedly that “ I can’t help you”. Never ordering from Starbucks ever again. Thieves!!!
Went to Starbuck today as I usually do. A friend was with me and we both ordered grande coffees whith cream and sugar, difference was she wanted hers on ice. They had the nerve to charge $1.50 more because it was on ice. I complained and told them it was ludacrious as they were giving less coffee. Of course you get the who cares look. The end of Starbucks for me .
Dressler Rd Canton Ohio. How do you guys have 15 employees that are in there but somehow everyone still has to wait for at minimum 15 to 25 mins for just a coffee. If anyone reads this please go to any other store possible
Service started getting worse and worse at Starbucks, especially in Maryland and the DC area. Probably it's time to stop going to Starbucks and start going to one of the many independent coffee houses in the area!
I was really looking forward to trying the new seasonal drink, but honestly, it fell short of my expectations. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, which is usually my go-to, but this time it seemed overly sweet, almost as if they went a little heavy on the syrup. Additionally, the barista took quite a while to prepare my order, and I ended up waiting in line for about fifteen minutes, which felt excessive for a simple drink. I know it's a busy season, but it wouldn't hurt for them to speed things up a bit. The atmosphere was nice, and I appreciate the effort to keep the place clean, but the combination of a disappointing drink and the long wait made it hard to enjoy my visit. I've had better experiences at other locations, so I hoped this one would be on par. Overall, it was just a letdown. I’ll probably give it another chance down the road, but I’m not in a hurry to go back anytime soon.
I came in expecting a great cup of coffee, but it was kind of a letdown. The barista seemed a bit overwhelmed and got my order wrong. Instead of my usual caramel macchiato, I got a plain latte. I didn't want to wait longer, so I just took it, but it just wasn’t what I wanted. The vibe in the place was a bit off too; it felt crowded and noisy. I usually love hanging out at Starbucks, but this time it just felt chaotic. Plus, the seating was really limited, which made it hard to find a spot to chill. I did appreciate how friendly the staff tried to be, but it didn't make up for the mix-up. Also, the wait for my drink was a bit longer than usual. I get that places can get busy, but it just felt like they were managing things poorly. I don’t think I’ll be rushing back to this location anytime soon unless I hear it's improved. It’s a bummer because I usually enjoy visiting Starbucks, but this experience just didn’t live up to my expectations at all.
Worst experience at Victoria Station in Manchester Starbucks- 1st they tell me I can’t scan my app for the 2 drinks cause it’s not working- then the girl screams the name like at the top of her lungs so loud you can’t actually hear what she is screaming, there is just no need then instead of sweet foam she puts cream on my latte and I say I don’t want cream I want foam, she says then it’s just the way it is so I ask for a refund then she offers to remake it the correct way. It was truly awful service all 3 staff so miserable, if you hate your job that much you should not be working in that industry. I go to the market street one all the time and the girls in there is so friendly. Will never go Victoria again in Manchester.
Ordered here after reading some positive reviews and unfortunately did not have the same experience. Sizing was off compared to the chart listed on the product page. The packaging was inadequate and the contents shifted around in transit. I was left waiting without any explanation for the delay. The experience fell short in too many ways to overlook.
Always great service in your Norwich St Stephen’s street branch. Always great drink recommendations. Or added extra option suggestions eg extra caramel drizzle on caramelised banana iced latte 😋 YUM I just want to praise the staff always really friendly. Quick service but a cared for coffee experience everytime! Praise where praise is due!
So I recently ordered Java Chip Frappuccino at Starbucks, they changed the milk to oat milk without even asking, resulting in 2x the amount.
