Delayed purchase made right
About a month ago there was a delay in my purchase of crypto. I got an apology and a bonus credit. Since then no issues but I appreciate Moonpay stepping up and acknowledging there was an issue and providing me with a credit. I think it was $5.00 which I didn't use but their acknowledging meant a lot to me.

Deal directly with vendors
This business makes if extremely difficult to make any changes or cancellations of bookings. As a third party booking agent, any changes need to occur through Expedia rather than the hotel, airline, rental agency, etc. Customer service lines are automated and take you in circles. Very disappointed that my complaint could not be handled with a phone call.
I have used Quicken for nearly 27 years.
I have used Quicken for 27 years and have saved meticulous electronic financial records from then through now. I wonder how I would do/plan my finances without Quicken. My only complaint is I used to own my versions of Quicken and would only have to pay once, and only have to pay again if I wanted to upgrade. Now I am only "renting" Quicken, and now have to pay "rent" every year in perpetuity. I own my home instead of renting for a reason. I wish I could own my quicken again.

I lost $40,000.00 when my computer was compromised, they took my HBAR shares. I still do not understand why Uphold can not return or reverse this wrongful transaction?? I work very hard for this money, and I choose Uphold as my trading platform. Trust was my priority. Please look deeper into retrieving my HBAR . Appreciate your time Dean Stearns

Worst customer service
Been sending them multiple Emails absolutely no response it’s been 2 weeks I purchased 4 travel sprays “ buy 2 get one free promo” and it did not apply I’m so pissed no one has contacted me about this
