I have been a customer for years
I have been a customer for years. I have never made my payment late so perfect pay history. I noticed they raised and charged me $125 fee which did put me over my limit. Not to mention a monthly fee of $15 and interest. I called to see if they could lower my annual fee and before I even finished my question the rep said NO. I have had other cards that will lower it if you are a good paying customer. I explained how much I am paying annually just for the annual and monthly fee and again she interrupted me with a quick NO. My balance is only $1600 and $845 a year has been from monthly fees, interest, and annual fee. I haven't even used it much over the last year. Not worth it. Going to pay off and close it. Not a good card to have when there are so many other great credit card companies out there. They are taking advantage of customer's.
Beware this company with unexplained, exorbitant price increase
My parking fee increased in one month by $35 with no notice of a price increase and I am overseas and can't remove my car. Customer service said they'd contact management but nothing happened.

I am a repeat customer for years
I am a repeat customer for years. Even though the product availability has changed over the years I am still able to find a similar product to complement what I already have. I am disappointed with the cost of shipping. When I first started purchasing from American Frame I lived about 6 hours away. I now live an hour and a half away so I can pick my frame up.
