I purchased a front door and it was installed on april 14, 2026. I have a sealing problem where light leaks through the seal. I called for warranty service on July 9, 2026. I was told that the earliest appointment was September 15, 2026. After receiving a call today July 22, 2026 from a Power representative to check on my satisfaction and I told him about the issue and he said he doesn't have access to the service calendar and I should call service again to see if there is a sooner date. I called service today, July 22,2026 and was told the earliest is still September 15th. Be aware that Power Home Remodeling warranty service is terrible. You shouldn't have to wait 60 days for service.
