Unhelpful and Confusing
I bought the discounted 12 month plan. After using the service for some time, I was suddenly refunded and my service ended. I connected with customer service, was given no explanation for the refund, and was told I had to buy another plan at full price. The whole process was scummy and confusing. Edit: in response to Mint's comment, I have contacted customer support multiple times. They always say the same thing. They don't know why the refund happened, and I have to pay full price for a new plan.
