The return process was not very easy
The return process was not very easy. There was no bag included with the shoes to return them. Getting a return mailing label was not an easy process - I had to ask for it 5 days after ordering it. Customer Service was responsive via email, but getting what I needed was not easy.

I’m kind of old school
I’m kind of old school. I enjoy communicate with a person by voice for things like this. Not so much texting. Also the response to the text took forever! The work done was good. Just the method of communication was not what I preferred.
