The worst customer service ever. Had an issue with my esim card tried reaching out to mint customer service and according to them I would have to wait for their back office to assist. According to customer service they will call me which was another lie. It has been 3 days and no help whatsoever and my phone still not working. I will be disputing with my bank the 3 months I paid ahead of time. I will definitely not recommend mint to anyone.

I love their products. As woman in her late 40s it can be hard to find cosmetics that are really made for us (to even skin tone, camouflage fine lines, etc etc). After seeing the commercials on TV and receiving a flyer in the mail, my 80 year old mom and I decided to give them a try. We both love the Double Take Baked powder foundation, and I love the Jelly Balm hydrating lip color. They complement my shade so well. I've just ordered the SPF bag (with lip balm, blush and foundation) and can't wait to receive it! We're both very satisfied.
A coach never contacted me. I was not given access to the program I paid for. I will be requesting a refund.
