The scheduling is fast but not with customer needs in mind. I worked long hours and far from home. Not accommodating for service hours. Service was done fast. I was on call. When he was working on it. Didn't know he was done. He just walked out.later got a text. At least appliance was fixed.

I enjoy having a salesperson involved when purchasing hard assets and Goldline's Carl Maltrecht fulfilled that requirement well. He was thorough in explanation and followup and easy to talk with. I also appreciated that Goldline has kept accurate information about my account that hadn't been active for many years.
