10 Second racing has always been the go to for specialized performance parts. Their customer service is by far one of the best. You could say Hi and they'll respond with hey how's your day going. Unlike most companies 10 second racing cares about their customers, future customers, and is always trying to improve professionally and socially. These people are beyond just a parts company, they make you feel like family.

Proactive and helpful customer service.
EDIT: Dan got in touch and honoured the original pricing. Great customer service!
Ordered a product in the Black Friday sale. Got an email a few minutes later with an invoice for additional payment as apparently their website had underestimated international shipping.
I asked for the order to either be cancelled or the address to be amended to a US shipping address (advertised as free shipping). They cancelled the order and said I could re-order with the new shipping address. Then when I go to re-order they've raised the price on the item by $50. Not cool.
