I've been a loyal customer of 11th Street Coffee. Their variety of K-Cups is extensive and I enjoy selecting coffees that I found over the years that I enjoy. I find the price points competitive and their periodic discounts bring the prices below most of their competitors. If I had any problem ordering, when you call them there is always a helpful person helping me to resolve it. 11th Street Coffee is my one and only go to K-Cup provider.
Issue with individual K cups
The delivery service is fast and efficient. The product itself is a fair price but my major issue is with the condition of the individual K cups in the box. The very first box I opened two of the cups had lost their vacuum seal resulting in a flat stale taste. This was a recurring problem I had with my former coffee delivery service driving me to change to your company. If I find this issue continues with the other boxes I purchased then I will consider canceling your service.
