The description for the item was misleading. It claimed to be preseasoned but rusted right after the first use. When contacted, the customer service folks did not acknowledge the pre seasoning, instead saying that I needed to season it myself. If that was the case, the description should have been more explicit. I was denied returning it because it had been opened and used. Misleading information. I was disappointed and have already cancelled a future order.

I am so happy that I joined Milk Street. I receive notifications of new, limited inventory items, find great products (cookware, cookbooks, and foods), and shipping is free and fairly fast.
I’m a repeat customer of Milk Street and always will be one! Their customer service, knowledge, and packaging/shipping/fulfillment are wonderful. Cooks and bakers will find unique products and ingredients that are well-priced and high quality. Highly recommend Milk Street to anyone!

Milk Street is a great site for cooking enthusiasts. The knowledge in products and recipes is bar none.
I couldn’t be happier with the final customer service outcome, although it was not easy at first and took several tries to communicate. However, it was during the busy holiday and I expect that was an issue. I do miss having customer service available by phone—it would be much more efficient, satisfying, and less worrying.
This magazine was written by someone with a very inflated ego. Disparaging Jamie Oliver in your editorial? Comparing yourself to Alice Waters? You can try a little humble pie as a starter and pay homage where it is due.
Wanted a replacement for damaged ceramic bowl. Bowl no longer available. Was offered a 15% discount IF the bowl should ever become available in the future. Paid $15 in shipping costs for original item. Offering me 15% off a $33 item doesn’t even come close to covering the cost of shipping the item. Very poor customer service.
What a completely out of touch ridiculous company this is. I would never ever buy anything from this business in my lifetime again.. the product was ridiculously small, not engineered properly whatsoever for cooking, which is the whole idea. The shipping back cost me a fortune, which should’ve been free on and on and on… I can’t believe this company even exist with that clown Christopher pushes these ridiculous products.. don’t buy anything from this company.
Not happy with pan. After seasoning, food still sticks - especially eggs!
The care and washing instructions. The instructions sent with the skillet said "avoid using soap often when washing. The email sent said avoid rapid and excessive heat which could warp the pan. If the pan's patina is affected-via scrubbing strong dish soap orients acid ingredients-and food begins to stick, it likely the pan requires re-seasoning. Repeat steps above. It is best cleaned with hot water and a scrub brush. I feel these instructions should have been included with the skillet and not an afterthought. I am not going to buy anything from your company again. I should have ordered from Hex Clad, it is much easier to take care of. Please cancel my subscription to Milk Street magazine, I tried calling the phone number and it was reported as no longer a working number.
Excellent product. Just the knife I needed in my price range
Tired of five to six adds per day, especially when they repeat on things I've already ordered. It is becoming more frequent to find the same or similar items at other vendors for less money.
I purchased the Kozmatik. After waiting over 2 months for delivery, I couldn’t be more disappointed. It is incredibly cheap, I would expect this to cost $10. Does not perform as expected. DO NOT Purchase!
