They got everything in my order right. 1 star They shipped within 24 hours. 1 star The prices are competitive. 1 star Shipping is reasonable. 1 star Selection is good. 1 star Provided shipping tracking number. 1 star Okay, that's six stars and I gave them four??? In order to get a max (5 Star) rating from me they have to preform in the above manner consistently, this was my first order from them.
Arrived on time. Products are wonderful--not the color I ordered but I'm okay with that!
The vape that I got doesn't even work, I charged up the batteries and the device and it still doesn't work.
I went to 180 smoke at 746 warden. Tim gave me a lesson on the vap got schooled today so professional. Taught me how to use it, work it, change coils. Great experience would recommend this store to anyone and everyone thanks Tim.
Hi Vito, On behalf of 180 Smoke Vape Store, I would like to thank you for your kind words and will be sure to tell the team Tim about your positive experience. Thank you for shopping with us.
Way too expensive?? The products I’ve bought are great but now, the product prices are through the roof , my last purchase was a bottle of juice for $38 , and it was only a 60ml bottle . That’s ridiculous, nice knowing you guys , I’ll make sure me and my friends (your customers) will not return , nice knowing ya , cheers
This is a pretty classily place. Some vape shops are just dark and dingy. But this place is really nice. The service was awesome. The guy that helped me was really nice and took his time e planning things. I would def go back
Just introduced to vaping, and had many questions. Trying to quit cigarettes. More success than other methods staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made you feel comfortable Look forward to future visits.
Staff are generally always friendly & knowledgable
I have no complaints the stuff are really good at what they do
Great vape shop, staff is very helpful and polite. Always a great experience.
The staff there are always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and has a good variety of products. This is my favourite vape store to go to. :)
Helpful, knowledgeable staff who are willing to put the necessary time and energy into ensuring you get the information and/or products you need. This place helped me finally quit smoking after 30 years and multiple previous attempts!
good store, large selection of premium flavours, good range of mods from beginner to advanced
Heavenly Mocha--Best juice in town. But I recently made a non-returnable mistake of buying the wrong tank for my needs: puff on it like a cigarette instead of direct inhale into the lungs. When I went back with it (an Aspire), I was told that I couldn't return it because it had been juiced up. So I'm out about $40-$45...or was: I skipped restaurants for a couple of weeks to "earn" it back; so "I'm back on budget now".
Great staff! good advice.
180 smoke vape is without a doubt my go to vape and accessory store. The selection is great and the staff knows what they're talking about. I have bought three Vapes from 180 in the last couple of years, they haven't steered me wrong yet. Give em a try.
Really knowledgeable staff at the downtown store. First time vaper and they took the time to go through various options and being super patient with all the questions I had. Definitely my go to store.. thanks to young guy there for his helpful tips and knowledge
